Richard has been involved in Men’s work for the past 10 years.  Starting with the Mankind Project, he has served as a volunteer leader in MKP and in local men’s circles.

After participating and visiting many local volunteer groups around the Colorado area, Richard saw the need for well facilitated solid men’s groups.  Richard has training and experience facilitating groups and was a founding member and leader in a 600 person community devoted to practicing and studying group dynamics and human interaction.

Richard’s men’s group are known as some of the most robust, vulnerable, and powerful groups in the area.

Second Wave Men’s Group

These groups are for men who’ve been doing men’s work for years.  These groups are exclusive and by application only to ensure all men in the groups are in a similar developmental range.  Do you feel like you’ve been doing men’s work for years and don’t feel met by your current peers or men’s group?  Do you want to be part of a group of solid high-level guys committed to their evolution and bringing their gifts to the world?
